We also actively encourage feedback from instructing solicitors regarding our service. In anticipation of changes at the Bar, we operate a variety of conditional fee arrangements, taking the view that flexibility in fixing fees is essential while the Bar and public funding structures are undergoing fundamental modification.

Members of Chambers are also prepared to work on a pro bono basis where it is clear that no other avenue will allow a client access to the law.

Chambers is also in the process of reviewing all standards of service to enable the procurement of "Quality Mark" Mitre House tenants and staff ensure a high quality of service provision for both our professional and lay clients.

Our founding commitment as a progressive set is strengthened by a team dedicated to representation of the rights of individuals independent of social of economic standing, race, gender, political opinion, sexual orientation or disability.
